Microwave Poached Eggs
Poaching eggs in a microwave is a quick and convenient way to enjoy this delicious dish. To do it, fill a microwave-safe bowl with about half a cup of water and add a pinch of salt. Crack an egg into the water, making sure the yolk is intact. Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate and microwave it on high for about 50-60 seconds, depending on your microwave’s wattage and your desired level of doneness.

The result is a perfectly poached egg with a runny yolk and tender egg white. It may sound a bit untraditional, but some people swear by this method. It’s a simple and efficient method that can be a great addition to your breakfast or brunch repertoire.
