If you’ve ever lived in on-campus dorms in college, you may have been faced with the question of whether or not to get a dining plan. A dining plan means that you pay a flat fee every month and are allowed to go to a cafeteria on campus and eat to your heart’s desire. These plans are, as you may have guessed, usually really expensive.

I guess if you live in a dorm that doesn’t have kitchen facilities, you might be stuck doing something like that. But if you do have the ability to cook for yourself, just do that! You can eat so cheaply if you’re willing to put in just a little bit of effort for your meals. And then maybe you’ll have less debt when you graduate from college!
