Have It Your Way
I think that running a restaurant, especially a fast food restaurant, sounds like a really miserable experience. You’re expected to be open at all hours of the day and night and on weekends and holidays. You’re trying to attract staff, but you don’t make enough money to really pay them a tempting wage. If you own a Waffle House, fights break out every so often and people throw chairs at your staff.

And then you’ve got people like this, for whom getting a filling meal for only $7 isn’t enough, and they’ve got to steal all of the ketchup packets that you kindly offered just to try and get their money’s worth out of it. Maybe this is why some places have pumps where you pump ketchup into those little paper cups: much harder to steal.
