
Life has a lot of ups and downs, sometimes (often) more downs than ups. When we have a period of time that seems to be more downs with little to no ups, it can sometimes start feeling like there’s nothing left and life is not really worth living. What’s the meaning? What’s the point? These questions are asked, and “nothing” often comes up as the answer.
