#38: Not Nine to Five
A lot of times with jobs, the base salary is decent, but where the big bucks really roll in is if you are willing to work overtime. Companies generally pay more—sometimes a whole lot more—for any time you work outside of your set schedule.

Of course, the downside to this is that you are losing your evenings and weekends to the job; If you’re working all evening, when are you supposed to kick back with a box of Cheez-Its and watch Indian Matchmaking? Still, if you’re willing to put in the hours, a lot of jobs are willing to pay good money.
