Celine Dion is one of our generation’s greatest divas, and this story goes to prove it. Celine had an extremely successful residency at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace, and she spared no expense when it came to her creature comforts. The superstar singer had the hotel purchase a $2 million humidifier for her!
We didn’t even know a humidifier that expensive even EXISTED. Celine required the Ceasars Palace hotel to install the insanely expensive humidifier above the stage so that it could run during her residency performances. The humidifier was intended to protect and preserve her singing voice against the dry desert climate of Vegas. Considering that Celine’s performances made Ceasars Palace millions of dollars, they probably figured that this ridiculous expense was worth it.
