Eating Out
Sometimes you get a great deal eating out, and other times you get a bullet (or, in this case, a bill) straight to the heart. According to a recent survey, the average American household spends about $3,000 annually on eating out. That’s enough money to buy a small car or fund a trip around the world!

Though that fancy restaurant might have had a killer bread basket, it will not give you the same level of satisfaction as a new car or a trip to a tropical paradise. Next time you’re tempted to eat out, just remember, you could be chowing down on a five-star meal in Paris.
