#24: Frozen Fruit Fan
I’m a huge fan of always having some frozen fruits and veggies on hand; they can be useful for when you need to scrounge together a meal. And in many cases, they can be more economical than buying fresh produce, plus they save you the time and bother of washing and peeling and chopping.

But you can freeze your own produce as well! I find this useful when there’s a great sale on something but I know I won’t be able to eat it all before it goes bad. I’ll stock up on the produce, wash it and chop it, then toss it in the freezer. Just be aware that freezing it will change the texture, so this is better suited for use in cooked foods. You’re never going to confuse a frozen and thawed strawberry with a fresh one, I promise.
