#11: Less Confident
A statistic that probably won’t surprise you: many people don’t feel very confident about themselves. A survey shows over half of Americans feel insecure about their appearance. But it’s not just physical appearance that people feel self-conscious about – many struggles with feeling inadequate in other areas of their lives as well.
Everyone has their fair share of insecurities, including me. But hey, at least we’re all in this together. And if it makes you feel any better, remember that nobody has it all figured out. We’re all just doing our best with what we’ve got. Isn’t that good enough for us?
