#22: Utterly Exhausted
After a long day of work, it’s not uncommon to feel like you’ve just run a marathon. The American Institute of Stress found that 80% of workers feel stressed on the job, with nearly half saying they need help learning how to manage stress. But it’s not just mental exhaustion – physical exhaustion counts, too.

However, there are plenty of ways to manage stress and take care of yourself, whether that means going for a walk, taking a yoga class, or just indulging in some good old-fashioned Netflix binging. My favorite is the last choice! And remember, it’s okay to take a break and put your mental and physical health first.
