When it comes to art, my idea of collecting is sticking a few postcards on my fridge. But that’s not enough for the elite. They spend thousands of dollars on “collecting” art, which to me just looks like a fancy way of saying “buying expensive paintings.” Don’t get me wrong; I appreciate a good piece of art.

Spending a small fortune on art is just crazy. I mean, what do they even do with all those paintings? Hang them in their massive mansions and pretend to be cultured? If I had that kind of money, I’d spend it on something more practical, like a private island or a lifetime supply of pizza.
