#20: It’s Nice and Warm In Here, Don’t Worry
This isn’t too rare globally, but the fact that in Canada, it’s especially important to take your shoes off when entering someone’s home is a bit of a surprise. Well, you don’t want to track up the floor of someone’s house if you’ve been out wandering and there’s a lot of open space.

With the extremity of the weather, you’ll end up with heavy boots gathering wet snow, mud, and whatever else that is brought in with frigid weather. Just make sure to keep the house toasty and warm through those chilly winters.
