Look, I reuse Ziploc bags sometimes. If all they’ve had in them is a sandwich or something, then you can certainly use them to store a second sandwich. But because I understand how hygiene and foodborne illnesses work, I certainly would not reuse a Ziploc bag that used to have meat in it.

And reusing McDonald’s cups so as not to waste water washing them is just unhinged. I own my own place, so I can tell you that the water bill is usually not terribly expensive unless you’re doing something massive like filling up a swimming pool. Surely you wouldn’t be saving enough money on your water bill to make it worth scaring off your stepson forever.
