#32: Don’t Live With Pain
We’ve all been there. A twinge, a persistent ache… That internal battle over whether seeking medical attention is “worth it.” It’s easy to explain symptoms away, convince ourselves it’s nothing, waiting in hopes the problem magically resolves. But with that line of thinking, we can convince ourselves of almost anything.

This poor soul tried just that and landed up hospitalized. They have clearly learned their lesson now, but the fact that they say the pain was terrible AND chronic really suggests that they should have gone to check it out. So, at the risk of sounding like a broken record here, get it checked if it hurts.
