5. Not to Self, Avoid Supernovas
They said don’t look at the sun, it’ll ruin your eyes. They also say don’t look at a solar eclipse. But if you really want to talk bright, let’s talk supernova. From the perspective of our weak eyesight, it would all be white, but that is probably why it’s “brighter than we can comprehend.”
By the rules of physics, the supernova would in fact be brighter–specifically, by nine orders of magnitude, in the more technical term. How about them apples. As if my eyesight wasn’t already going, that would be sure to blind us for life.
