#8: Don’t Ignore Cramps
When it comes to the body, we are often familiar with the classic and common types of sickness and disease. And that familiarity can sometimes play little tricks on us. We think we know something is supposed to appear in a certain way, so we dismiss symptoms when they appear differently. But that can lead to some bad outcomes.
Let me just first make it clear: I know it rhymes, but ‘angina’ has nothing to do with a lady’s nether region. Who would have guessed that some throat cramps would require a quadruple bypass? It just goes to show that we need to get our symptoms checked out because things aren’t always as they seem…
